Here are answers to the most common questions we've had about our Ultimate Tie-Out
Q: Is it suitable for small dogs?
A: Although our tie-out can be used with most dogs, our product is truly designed with the bigger, more energetic, dog in mind.
A: Because our tie-out is made to withstand years of abuse and changing weather conditions, it is heavier than most of the products you will find on the market, but none of the dogs currently using our product seem distracted by the difference in size and weight. They’re still as playful and enthusiastic as ever!
Q: Is it flexible, will it kink or tangle?
A: Our tie-out is designed with the most durable, weather resistant, coating, so it is not as flexible as other products that use cheap PVC or vinyl coatings. Because our product doesn’t flex as much, it is also less prone to kinking and tangling, and consistently maintains its shape.
Q: Is it chew proof?
A: Short answer, No. We would love to guarantee that your dog will not chew through our coating, but that would be misleading. We have not found material that dogs cannot chew through, including Kevlar.
Q: Why Is it So expensive?
A: Our product might seem more expensive upfront, but it’s built to last far longer than cheaper alternatives. While most tie-outs need replacing every 6–8 months, (if they last that long), ours is designed to last a lifetime and comes with an unmatched guarantee. In the long run, it saves you money and gives you peace of mind knowing your dog is safe and secure.
Q: If it’s so great, why is it only guaranteed for 5 years?
A: While we could offer a lifetime guarantee, we believe it’s more honest and practical to provide a specific guarantee period with robust support during those years. A product’s lifespan depends not only on its quality, but also on how it is used and maintained. The 5-year guarantee reflects a reasonable timeframe where we can ensure the product is used as intended and properly cared for. If you encounter issues beyond the guarantee period, we encourage you to contact us. We will evaluate every situation on a case-by-case basis to provide the best support we can.
